WeGet Delivery is a BC based courier that provides Same Day and On Demand delivery for Retail Stores, Restaurants, Flower Shops, Pharmacies and individuals in Vancouver and Kelowna. Think Uber delivery - but local!
Complete our online QuickOrder form, you'll get a quote, a secure STRIPE payment link, confirmation / tracking number and we're on the way! Orders are immediately dispatched to one of our local WeGet'ers and delivered directly to the destination.
Base rate is $6.50 plus GST for orders within 5kms of the pick up location. Add $1/km after 5kms. NO ADDITIONAL FEES*
*Max 3 items per order under 20lbs total shipment weight combined.
No minimum orders required. Our rates and services are the same if you have occasional orders or multiple orders throughout the day or week. *Account based billing and discounts are available to regular and high volume shippers.
Once an order is placed it is automatically assigned to one of our WeGet'ers immediately. Deliveries are typically done within an hour however traffic, distance and weather may impact delivery times.
Yes, all orders offer real time text message tracking alerts and updates from pick up through to final delivery with live map tracking along the way. Recipients can even call / message with our driver for any last minute requests or updates.
Orders are prepaid at time of order request however for regular daily shippers and high volume shippers we do offer account based weekly billing. Reach out for details at orders@WeGet.ca to discuss options.
Yes! If you're a restaurant, cafe or bakery business owner and want to offer delivery over and above the standard food delivery apps, we can integrate with your Toast, Shopify and other online order systems for ease of creating delivery orders.
Yes! We deliver for pretty much any kind of retail store from home stores, to grocery, flowers, pharmacy and anything in between. Note that we do have some order size limitations so please reach out to discuss at anytime.
Absolutely! If you have a need for multiple orders to go out at the same time we can provide a dedicated driver for those orders and deliver them directly to your customers in a route. Recipients will receive text message and tracking alerts along the way with real time ETA's. Customers can communicate with our dispatch and drivers deleting those "where's my order?" calls to you.
Absolutely! WeGet was created to help individuals get what they need when they want it without having to schedule that extra trip into their already hectic lives.
For any retail store, pharmacy, grocery, etc pick up, please ensure items are prepaid in advance as drivers do not pay for items.
Simply inform your store that WeGet Delivery is authorized to pick up your order, quote the order number given to you when you place your order with us and we'll take care of the rest.
